FRD-902 electric contact level meter

First, product overview

FRD902 intelligent electric contact level gauge, from 1 points to 32 points electrode cylinder matching. Mainly used for boiler drum, high and low heater, deaerator, evaporator, water tank and other liquid level measurement. The device consists of a measuring tube and a two meter. The two meter microcontroller is used to signal processing, water vapor red double color LED display level, and the light emitting diode working state. It has the characteristics of accurate measurement, simple operation, stable performance, reliable operation, beautiful interface and so on.

Two, panel layout

Two color light emitting diode: indicating the height of the liquid level (green means water, red means no water);

Two bit digital tube: used to display the percentage of liquid level variable output;

Buzzer: ringing in high position, low position and low danger alarm;

High report: when the liquid level is higher than the high alarm point, the high warning indicator light is on;

Start the pump: when the pump starts, the pump lights are on;

Low report: when the liquid level is lower than the low alarm point, the low warning indicator light is on;

Danger low: when the liquid level is lower than the danger alarm point, the low warning indicator light is on;

Discharge: when the instrument is in the discharge state, the discharge indicator light is on;

Parameter key: used to enter the instrument parameter setting state and save parameters;

Pump / stop pump key: press once, change the current working state of water pump;

The blowdown key is pressed once in the running state, and the instrument enters the blowdown state. In the parameter menu state, pressed once, used to enter the parameter input state, in the parameter input state, used to increase the current display parameters.

Mute key: in the running state and alarm, press once, turn off the alarm tone, and then press again. The parameter input state is used to reduce the current parameters.
